What we check

Six things we look at in every product

Every review follows the same checklist, so products can be compared fairly.

01

Composition

Which plant extracts the product contains and whether their amounts are clearly stated.

02

Form and daily serving

Capsules, gel, drops or cream – and how much the manufacturer recommends per day.

03

How to use it

Instructions on the label: when, how often and for how long the product is meant to be used.

04

Manufacturer’s claims

What the manufacturer declares about the product – presented clearly as the manufacturer’s statements.

05

Price per serving

We calculate the cost per day of use, not just the price of the package.

06

Manufacturer details

Who makes the product, where it is sold and how the manufacturer can be contacted.
