Cookie Policy
Effective from 12 October 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies on the website on which this Policy is published (the “Website”), for what purposes we do so and how you can manage your preferences. It supplements the Privacy Policy. The Policy has been prepared in accordance with the GDPR and Directive 2002/58/EC (Directive on privacy and electronic communications).
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. Similar technologies include, among others, the browser’s local storage (localStorage) and scripts that read or write information on your device. In this policy, we refer to all of these solutions collectively as “cookies”.
Cookies make it possible to recognise a device on a subsequent visit. Session cookies are deleted when the browser is closed, while the others remain on the device until they expire or are deleted.
Cookies may be first-party cookies (stored by this website) or third-party cookies (stored by external providers whose services we use).
3. Categories of cookies
- Necessary – required for the proper functioning of the website, its security, remembering your cookie choices and identifying the source of the visit. They are always active and do not require consent.
- Analytics – help us understand how you use the website, so that we can improve its functionality and performance. We activate them only with your consent.
- Marketing – used to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and to tailor advertisements to your interests. We activate them only with your consent. We currently do not use any tools in this category on this website; if this changes, we will update this policy.
4. Legal bases
We use necessary cookies on the basis of the national provisions implementing Directive 2002/58/EC (Directive on privacy and electronic communications), which permit the storing of information necessary to provide the service, and on the basis of our legitimate interests, consisting in ensuring the operation and security of the website and identifying the source of the visit.
We use analytics and marketing cookies solely on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time – this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

Microsoft Clarity records how the website is used (e.g. clicks, scrolling, cursor movement) in the form of pseudonymised session recordings and interaction maps. We activate this tool in full only after consent to analytics cookies has been given. Details: Microsoft Clarity cookie list and Microsoft Privacy Statement.
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to compile website visit statistics, e.g. the number of visits, the subpages visited and traffic sources. We activate the tool only after consent to analytics cookies has been given, and the data are stored for no longer than 14 months. Details: Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from partner sites.
Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited) is a tool for managing scripts (tags) on the website; it does not itself store cookies for analytics or advertising purposes. We load it only after consent to analytics or marketing cookies has been given, and the cookies stored by the tools activated through it are described in the table above.
We pass on your choice made in the banner to the Google and Microsoft Clarity tools by means of consent signals (Google Consent Mode and the Microsoft Clarity consent API).
6. Third-party tools
When we use tools from external providers on the Website (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity), we are jointly responsible with the provider for ensuring that the collection of data on the Website and their transfer to the provider take place lawfully. Further processing of the data by the provider takes place on the terms described in its privacy policy. You can change or withdraw your consent to these tools at any time in “Cookie settings”.
7. Transfers of data outside the European Economic Area
Microsoft and Google may process data on servers outside the EEA, including in the United States. Data are transferred on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework), in which these providers participate, or of standard contractual clauses.
8. How to manage cookies
On your first visit, we display a banner in which you can accept all cookies, reject all of them (except necessary cookies) or choose categories in the settings. You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer. You can also withdraw your consent by writing to [email protected].
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect the functioning of the website. Deleting the website data in your browser also deletes your saved cookie choice – on your next visit, we will display the banner again. Instructions for popular browsers:

With regard to the data collected by means of cookies, you have the right of access to the data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the Member State of the European Union in which you have your habitual residence or place of work or in which the infringement took place. The supervisory authority competent for the Controller’s registered office is the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy). You will find a detailed description of your rights and how to exercise them in the Privacy Policy.
