§1 General provisions
1. These Promotion Terms set out solely the rules of the “Trial Set” Promotion. In matters not regulated by these Promotion Terms, the provisions of the Shop Terms and Conditions and of the Seller’s Privacy Policy apply.
2. The Promotion Terms are available on the Landing Page. By sending a Registration, the Customer confirms that he or she has read and accepts the Promotion Terms.
3. The Promotion is addressed to Customers submitting a Registration from the territory of Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic or Slovakia.
4. A sales contract under the Promotion is concluded exclusively via the telephone channel, during a conversation between the Customer and a Product Advisor. A Registration on the Landing Page constitutes an invitation to a conversation about concluding a contract and is not binding on the Customer. The Promotion is not available in the Seller’s online shop.
5. The Product Advisor has no medical training and does not provide health, diagnostic or therapeutic advice. The information provided by the Product Advisor during the conversation is commercial in nature and is not a substitute for consultation with a doctor or pharmacist.
6. The Promotion is valid from 1 June 2025 to 30 June 2027 or while stocks last.
§2 Rules of the Promotion
1. The Promotion consists in the possibility of purchasing a Promotional Set comprising:
a) three (3) Full Packs at the Seller’s list price,
b) one (1) Trial Pack at the price applicable in the Promotion,
c) one (1) Ebook at the market price.
The prices of the individual items of the Promotional Set are indicated on the Landing Page and are confirmed by the Product Advisor before the order is placed.
2. The Trial Pack is available exclusively under this Promotion and is not offered for sale outside the Promotion.
3. To take advantage of the Promotion, the Customer:
a) completes the Registration form on the Landing Page (first name, telephone number),
b) accepts the Promotion Terms,
c) has a telephone conversation with a Product Advisor and places an order.
4. After submitting a Registration, the Customer will receive a telephone call from a Product Advisor within 72 hours. The cost of the call is borne by the Seller.
5. The Customer is not obliged to place an order under the Promotion. Refusal has no consequences for the Customer.
6. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions of the Seller.
7. Each Customer may take advantage of the Promotion once during its period of validity. The Seller may refuse to process a Registration if the Customer has previously participated in the Promotion (verification by telephone number or delivery address).
8. If stocks of the Trial Pack are exhausted, the Seller may instead send a Full Pack of the same Product at the price of the Trial Pack applicable in the Promotion, without any additional payment by the Customer and without any change to the other terms of the Promotion.
9. The pool of Promotional Sets is 10 units per day. Once the daily pool has been exhausted, the Seller may refuse to process further orders on that day.
§3 Payment and delivery
1. The Product Advisor informs the Customer of the cost of delivery of the Promotional Set, or that delivery is free of charge, before the order is placed. The cost of delivery is also indicated in the order confirmation sent by email or SMS.
2. Payment is made to the courier upon delivery (cash on delivery), in cash or by payment card.

1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day on which the Promotional Set is received, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
2. The Customer receives full information on the right of withdrawal, the manner of and deadline for exercising it, and the model withdrawal form orally from the Product Advisor before the contract is concluded and in writing together with the delivery of the order. The detailed rules on withdrawal are governed by the Shop Terms and Conditions.
3. The Customer may withdraw from the contract in whole or in part, i.e. return all items of the Promotional Set or only some of them, subject to paragraph 4 concerning the Ebook.
4. The right of withdrawal in respect of the Ebook expires when the Customer scans the QR code and the supply of the digital content begins, provided that the Customer has previously given consent to the supply of the digital content beginning before the end of the withdrawal period. Until the QR code is scanned, the Customer retains the right of withdrawal in respect of the Ebook as well. The right of withdrawal in respect of the Full Packs and the Trial Pack is available to the Customer irrespective of whether the QR code has been scanned and is exercised in accordance with the general rules.
5. In the event of withdrawal, the Seller refunds to the Customer the amount paid for the returned items of the Promotional Set within 14 days of receiving the statement of withdrawal, at the prices applicable in the Promotion, i.e.:
a) for a returned Full Pack — the list price of the Full Pack,
b) for a returned Trial Pack — the price of the Trial Pack applicable in the Promotion,
c) for the Ebook, in the case of effective withdrawal in respect of the Ebook in accordance with paragraph 4 — the market price of the Ebook.
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer, unless the Seller decides otherwise. As payment is made by cash on delivery, the Seller will contact the Customer after receiving the statement of withdrawal in order to obtain the Customer’s bank account number for the refund.
6. Exercising the right of withdrawal, including partial withdrawal, does not give rise to any additional costs or deductions for the Customer other than the direct cost of returning the goods referred to in paragraph 5 above and the costs specified in the Shop Terms and Conditions and in the applicable consumer protection legislation.
§5 Complaints
1. The Customer submits complaints concerning the Promotion by email to: [email protected].

3. A complaint will be dealt with within 14 days of its receipt. If the Customer does not receive a reply within that period, the complaint is deemed to have been accepted and the Seller will settle it in the manner requested by the Customer.
4. Other rules on complaints, including complaints concerning the lack of conformity of the Product with the contract, are governed by the Shop Terms and Conditions and by generally applicable law.
§6 Personal data
1. The controller of the Customers’ personal data is the Seller. The detailed rules for the processing of personal data are set out in the Seller’s Privacy Policy available at natural-guide.com/policies/privacy-policy.
2. The Customer’s personal data are processed in accordance with the GDPR for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

b) telephone contact by the Product Advisor with the Customer in connection with processing the Registration and performing the contract — necessity for the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),

Direct marketing using electronic communications (including telephone calls and SMS) is carried out only with the Customer’s prior consent, in accordance with Directive 2002/58/EC on privacy and electronic communications. Marketing consent is not a condition for participation in the Promotion.
§7 Final provisions
1. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Promotion Terms. Information on an amendment to the Promotion Terms, together with the new version, is published on the Landing Page at least 14 days before the amendments enter into force. Orders placed before the amendments enter into force are processed in accordance with the rules applicable on the date on which the Registration was submitted. Amendments to the Promotion Terms do not affect the acquired rights of Customers.
2. Provisions of the Promotion Terms that are less favourable to the Customer than the mandatory consumer protection provisions are invalid — the relevant mandatory provisions apply in their place.
3. The Promotion Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. Notwithstanding this choice of law, the Customer as a consumer retains the protection afforded to him or her by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of his or her habitual residence, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I).
4. In matters not regulated by these Promotion Terms, the Shop Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the applicable law apply.
