Terms and Conditions
I. Introduction
Welcome to natural-guide.com. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the natural-guide.com website (the “Website”) and the rules for the sale of products offered by the Seller (Section II) via websites and the telephone channel. The Terms and Conditions have been prepared in accordance with European Union legislation, in particular Directive 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. We have tried to make them clear and easy to understand — if anything is unclear, please write to us at [email protected] and we will explain everything.
II. Who you are entering into the contract with
The sales contract is concluded with Commerto Ltd, a company registered in Nicosia (Cyprus) under number HE 414808 (the “Seller”). The Seller operates the natural-guide.com website and is the seller of the products offered.

We are responsible for the product, shipping, customer service and refunds.
III. How to place an order
An order can be placed in one of the following ways – depending on which one is available on the page of the product concerned:
- On the product page – simply fill in the order form and confirm the order. The Customer receives the order confirmation by email.
- Through a reservation with telephone contact:
- you fill in the reservation form (registration), providing your first name and telephone number. The reservation is not yet an order and does not give rise to an obligation to pay;
- our advisor contacts you by telephone and presents the offer, including the price of the product, the delivery costs and the payment method;
- the order is placed and the sales contract is concluded during the call – only after your express confirmation;
- we confirm the conclusion of the contract by email or SMS, at the latest at the time the product is delivered.

Within 1–2 working days of the order being placed, we dispatch it from our European fulfilment centre. Delivery information is provided before the order is placed. Details can be found on the Delivery Methods page.
IV. Product information
The main characteristics of each product — including ingredients, dosage, intended use and directions for use — are described on the product page. The same information is provided on the product packaging, together with the date of minimum durability.
The food supplements and cosmetics we offer are not medicinal products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent diseases. Before use, please read the information on the packaging and, in the case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, taking medication or a chronic illness, please consult a specialist. V. Nature of the content
The content published on the natural-guide.com website is of an informational and advertising nature and does not constitute medical advice, nor does it replace consultation with a doctor or other specialist. Advertising materials are labelled “advertorial”. They may contain illustrative stories and likenesses of models or images generated using artificial intelligence. Photographs and graphics may be for illustrative purposes. Customer reviews reflect their individual experiences. The effects of using the products vary from person to person.
VI. Prices and payment
All product prices are final prices, including the value added tax applicable in the country of delivery. Shipping costs, if any, are displayed before the order is completed.
Payment is processed securely when the order is placed, using the payment methods displayed before the order is placed; for telephone orders, the available payment methods are presented by the advisor. The selected payment method is charged at the time the order is confirmed; in the case of cash on delivery, the amount due is paid on delivery.
VII. Returns and refunds
The Consumer has a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The rules and return instructions can be found on the Returns and Right of Withdrawal page.
VIII. Complaints procedure
If you have a complaint concerning a product or our services, please write to us at [email protected], stating your order number and a description of the problem. We acknowledge every complaint within 2 working days and deal with it within 14 days. If we need more time, we will let you know why and when you can expect a resolution.
IX. Defective products
If the product is defective, arrived damaged or does not match its description, the Consumer is entitled to statutory claims under the legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to EU consumer law, with a two-year limitation period running from delivery. Information on the expected durability of the product is provided by the date of minimum durability printed on the packaging.

X. Intellectual property
All content on the natural-guide.com website — including texts, images, product names, logos, packaging designs and brand elements — is the property of the Seller or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark law and other proprietary rights. Without our prior written consent, this content may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used for commercial purposes.
XI. Governing law
If you are a consumer with your habitual residence in an EU Member State, you will in any event retain the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence (Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation). In all other respects, the sales contract is governed by Cypriot law.
XII. Out-of-court dispute resolution
We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body.
XIII. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays in or failure to perform our obligations as a result of events beyond our reasonable control — including, but not limited to, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, measures taken by state authorities, strikes, transport disruptions, carrier failures, or interruptions in the energy supply or in telecommunications networks. If such an event affects your order, we will inform you and either dispatch it as soon as possible or refund the order in full.
XIV. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, processes or applicable law. The current version is always available on the natural-guide.com website together with its effective date. Changes apply only to orders placed after the new version takes effect — your order is governed by the terms in force at the time it was placed.
XV. Severability clause
If any provision of these terms proves to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that best reflects its original purpose.
XVI. Entire agreement
These terms, together with the Delivery Methods and Returns and Right of Withdrawal pages, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with regard to your purchase on the natural-guide.com website.
